I was going to run Boston two years ago and had IT band two weeks before the race. It took me two years to come back. I became a triathlete in the mean time

I would like to run Boston
Finish my first 70.3 Ironman
Improve my 5k time
Run Philly marathon for fun in Nov 2009
Long-Term Running Goals:
Stay healthy and injury free
Continue to run five years after my death at the age of 80+
